Overall this place was really nice for the cost. It is a bit older but was clean and when most newer downtown hotels would be 3x the price this place provides a great value for a downtown stay.

This hotel was lacking in many ways. I just needed a place to sleep and shower so that was ok but I would've been disappointed if I had paid any more or had to stay longer than one night

Stay here only as a last resort. It’s a place to sleep and shower, but the property is poorly maintained and the beds are old and uncomfortable.
