Wonderful stay!
Check-in was fast and the staff was pleasant and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was ok, there are many other choices outside so can always give the breakfast a miss. The hotel is connected to the mall which is very convenient. The train station is about 7 mins walk from the hotel, and the area was very safe when I walked back from train station to hotel at night.

I had a wonderful stay at Kaohsiung Marriott Hotel. Check-in went smooth and the staff are all really nice and helpful. I got a room on the 30th floor (thank you). But out of the 10 elevators only 4 of them go to the 30th floor. So I had a few times where I was a bit confused and took the wrong elevators before I finally got to my floor. After a few tries you get used to it though, just keep this in mind. The room was huge, clean and really nice. The spa and gym facilities on the 12th floor is must try if you stay at this hotel. I used them every day during my stay. I did not try any of the restaurants so I can not comment on the service and food here. I did have room service a few times, and the food here was great. There is a shopping mall directly connected to the hotel if you like shopping. There is also a 7/11 on the other side of the street on the back side of the hotel (you can take a shortcut through the shopping mall when it is open). The hotel is also really close to both the red and green lines, so it is easy to get around. There are also taxis on standby outside the main entrance most of the time if you prefer that.

很差的體驗
咖啡廳營業時間不正確，十點多就不收客，營業時間卻到十二點，接待服務生同理心和態度很差。五星級飯店迎賓餐點是三包爆米花，冰箱內除了水，什麼都沒有，叫room service 要等一個半小時，演唱會後情人節的夜晚就只能失落的叫外送，很差的體驗。
