Terrible hotel. Crazy service. Bad manner of check-in staff. There were a lady and a man, the man is extremely bad in manner. When I checked in, the bad check-in stupid crazy male staff just shouted at me with very unfriendly, impolite and unprofessional way. I can’t believe a 5 star hotel hires this kind of person. And he should shame of himself and shame of Being a Korean
