When I arrived on July 11 ,at front desk , Leonardo asked my credit card to deposit €50 , and will returned as soon as we checked out , but until today July 23 , I am not yet get back my refund €50 , Sergio as Manager promised to me within 2 days working, I emailed twice but no response, I love to stay but if complicated with deposit, I will thinking twice , I paid full in advance, they should have my information but not charge my credit card as deposit, now I have to spend for İnternational calling to ask my money back , please take care this matter carefully, I need my money back .
