We were there for two nights,they gave us the very far room although we had a little baby with us. They never serviced our room. They had a free breakfast with the booking but when we were there for breakfast we got nothing to eat. Our room toilet was flooded when we entered our room. They don't have microwave, iron and short of pillows. It is the worst hotel I have ever booked in my life. I would suggest book little expensive hotel but not this hotel.

This hotel is under construction and is not makin it known when booking. The pool is not opened and is not telling until you check in. The breakfast set was not good. Lastly the hotel is not called Lockport it’s called sparks by Hilton. Just asking that hotels be upfront on what is happening at hotels

The hotel was undergoing re-branding during my stay, so there was dust and construction materials even in the reception area — which I understand to some extent. However, what was truly disappointing was the so-called "free breakfast." There was no bread, milk, cereal, or even coffee. All they provided were some muffins and apples. The coffee maker they had set up was overflowing and not working. This is far below the basic expectations for any hotel offering complimentary breakfast.
