The castle stay is an experience everyone should try at least once. I love the scenery, the staff was very nice and professional, I loved seeing all kinds of different people and tourist stopping to take pictures and interacting with guests, staying in the castle takes you back to old times and how people used to live.

The outside of the property is amazing but the customer service at night is bad, they dont fix anything wrong with the room's, we had spiderwebs in are drawers, no hot water, blood stain on the sheets, asked to get changed from rooms and got told no, couldn't get my money back so had to put up for this place for the 2 nights. They should really try too fixs there showers and toilets or just overall update everything!!!

We had an unpleasant stay at this hotel. First off, the rooms are very dingy, they could use a lot of updating, which I think can be done without losing the integrity of the castle. The towels and bed sheets were stained and old. The bathroom sink and toilet kept backing up. There was no AC in our room. When I asked why the wifi wasn’t working, I was told by the receptionist that the internet doesn’t work in the bedrooms - not sure why that is?? And to top it off, the dining room tablecloths were very dirty as well. When I was given our bill for our breakfast, we were overcharged (not sure if intentional or not), so make sure you double check your bill if you do eat there.

The property from the OUTSIDE is amazing! Beautiful to say the least, as soon as we arrived inside the room. Smelled like mold, the towels were not white.. they were almost gray of how old and stained they were. The bed sheets were not laundered, the floor hadn’t been swept for days if that. Very poor conditions on the inside of the building. The walls are stained to say the least! Horrible experience! I would spend my money at another hotel and not here. I been to more rural areas with better hotels than this. Dissatisfied!

Es un hotel con mucha falta de limpieza en todas las áreas, la fachada es hermosa, pero apenas dar unos pasos en el lobby comienzas a ver suciedad en muebles, las habitaciones mismo caso sucios los muebles y ya deteriorados. El castillo es precioso por fuera, la verdad debería ser más un museo, porque las habitaciones son terribles. Cuando llegamos no tenían nuestras habitaciones, nos ofrecieron otras y al entrar, estaban completamente sucias, lo reportamos y mandaron a alguien de limpieza, pero ni siquiera quería cambiar las sabanas. Había cucarachas, eses de rata y pelos en las camas. El personal un poco grosero, la de la limpieza molesta por pedir que limpien y el gerente no esta al pendiente, se la pasa platicando y generando caos con todos los huéspedes. La alberca es super pequeña e igual estaba bastante sucia. Por la experiencia y el precio creo que esta ok, pero solo para 1 vez y no volver. Recorrer el castillo fue muy padre, esta gigante y muy muy bello.
