The service was excellent, we had to check in very late night.Their card reader was acting up and couldn't run our card , the staff didn't give up , they tried everything until we found a workable solution,stellar service. Unfortunately this was a pretty nad stay and we went elsewhere after the first night. Really ghetto neighborhood with a mangey looking stray cat roaming around, sketchy people walking around and unclean (hairy) rooms with floors that made my feet dirty and a very large cricket my dog took care of lol. We felt pretty unsafe also. The staff up front was incredibly nice though and they did everything they could to be kind.
