Front desk was very helpful. Our room key was not working and they gave us new ones, still was not working and the gentleman came to help us. The hot tub was nice and hot but the pool water was cold. Overall the hotel and stay was very nice.

The pool was the main reason I chose this hotel over cheaper options, but it was closed for the duration of my stay. The juice machine was out of order for breakfast, there were no plates, and the selection was very limited. The room had no window to outside. The window went to the pool area, so our room was very humid and smelled strongly of chlorine. The lights from the pool area woke us up nice and early and voices echoing from the pool area were *very* loud in the room. The WiFi is very slow and is not sufficient for any streaming services.
