Padua is not top of the list of places to visit, but it is definitely worth calling here. There are some great historical buildings and a welcoming town. The Palazzo Ragione is amazing. I enjoyed my visit, and so pleased that I decided to stay here

This was my 4th trip to Padova in 2 years and I love the city. It's Italy's hidden gem. Padova has everything from excellent restaurants to Prada and Hermés, without the crowd. About an hour from Bologna, 40 minutes to Verona and Venice by train.

The stroveni chapel is a world class attraction, and the medieval/early modern regional govt centre is also high grade place that must be seen when in Padua

One of the most beautiful, cleanest, reasonably priced cities in Italy. I am seriously considering living there for a couple of months. Absolutely jaw dropping in architecture and a great respite from the crowds in Venice. The hotel was wonderful!

Beautiful and clean. Very peaceful and plenty of interesting places to explore. Food market in the city Ctr is like being in a mercato in Barcelona. But first visit Basilico Of San Antonio de Padova as your main visit.

Wonderful historic city to explore. First time there and would return.
"Great value, fantastic location-- steps away from the vaporetto and rialto bridge. Very friendly and courteous staff, solid basic breakfast. We got a shared bathroom but it was spotless and we never had any issues. Would stay here again. "
"Outstanding property. We stayed three nights. We had a small issue with water the first day but the hotel staff was on top of it and made everything right. Will definitely stay there again. "
"We stayed here for 4 nights... I loved that we could literally walk next door to the train station but far away enough to be private and away from the noise. Breakfast was really good staff was nice and respectful."
"We loved our charming rooms at Splendid. We had two adjoining rooms which was perfect for our family of four with teens. The staff are all super friendly and the location was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again. "
