We loved every minute of our stay! We had a one bedroom suite for 2 adults and 2 kids. It was more like an apartment than a hotel room. My birthday was a week before our arrival and the hotel still surprised me with a complimentary bottle of champagne and cookies! The beaches and pools were all beautiful. We were there during the weekdays so it was not busy and no problems securing ocean front beach chairs. We didn’t need to reserve a cabana because the beach lounges were perfect for us. The spa had lots for different types of saunas that were no additional charge. Breakfast had a million choices and also free champagne! Everything was clean and the staff were very helpful and kind.

Okay experience. Nice hotel. When I booked, I was not informed that many of the amenities would be closed for the season. Very annoying!

The glass on my balcony was broken. Very unsafe tiles on the balcony was moving…. The only good thing is they really have beautiful view but everything else is just OK.

Fabulous hotel

This hotel is much nicer than the pictures show - really lovely beach and sea which even in peak season July where pretty quiet which really suited us.pool area looked lovely but didnt use as we were only there for a few days and went to the beach. Food and drinks are quite pricey and so for a family adds up quickly. Although nearby towns are walking distance they are a little too far to walk to eat - we went part way to Opatija and you do need to walk by the road and not necessarily a pleasant walk so driving out to eat or in hotel are only options - we styaed two nights so was ok for us. Accomdation was great and loved the hotel -just a shame not nearer to other restaurants

New but already shabby

For a new build hotel the condition is concerning. The rooms have features that do not work probably. In the basement water damage from the aircon and everywhere many small damages and wear already. Really sad. The stuff tries its best but some do not know how to treat a status customer by being offended. The manger could sort it out and offered me some compensation. Well done. The hotel needs urgently refurbishment and training of some stuff members.
