Hoped to get a good night of sleep
It is midnight and I have not slept. The banging doors, loud voices and laughing have gone on all night. I don’t mind the planes, this the airport, but I think the hotels should be made of stronger construction and quieter for guests trying to rest. On the plus side Pam and all the other representatives were so very nice and kind. It is not their fault the the room doors slams shut hard and that the guests can be heard laughing and screaming all night. I would stay again and bring my noise cancelling AirPods, just because the guest services are so great! 😀

Very clean hotel
The hotel was very clean. The room was comfortable. Took a long time to get the shower water hot enough. My 2 complaints: there was no food, besides breakfast in the hotel. There was a bar/lounge, but it was not in operation. We had to walk 2 hotels over to get dinner. #2 - there was a shuttle that could take you to only 2 local restaurants. But there seemed to be confusion if you could take the shuttle to other local spots.

Very satisfied! Breakfast was good, warm & nice variety. Bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby, you can not hear any outside noise from in your room. The pool was okay, but did have a strange smell to it but I would totally come back to this hotel in the future!

Good for what it was
Hotel was clean and check-in was prompt. You can hear the planes taking off the runway. Some of the workers did not speak English which was frustrating. I was also not told that I would be charged an additional fee for any potential damage done to the room that would be refunded after my stay. I had to inquire about why there was an additional fee pending on my card.
