The hotel service was great. Room cleanliness could be a bit better but it was good overall. Food was not very good and not vary many selections to choose from.

Ei sovi rentoutumiseen
Huone katutasossa oli todella epämukava ja meluisa, lasten huuto kuului ensin koko illan leikkihuoneesta ja sen mentyä ilmeisesti kiinni illalla klo 22, mehka jatkui käytävällä. Huoneen seinät olivat aivan paperia ja jokainen askel käytävällä kuului huoneeseen, lasten huutamisesta nyt puhumattakaan. Kylpylä oli meluisa ja rauhaton ja kylpylän käytävillä oli lätäkköinä kylmää ja likaista vettä jota kukaan ei siivonnut pois. En voi suositella tätä kohdetta mikäli haluaa levätä tai rentoutua, mutta näköjään lapsiperheet viihtyivät. Uloskirjauksen yhteydessä saimme korvaukseksi tästä stressilomasta kivennäisvettä.

Helppoa perheaikaa lapsen kanssa
Erittäin helposti lähestyttävä paikka taaperon kanssa. Iso allasosasto, jossa niin paljon virikkeitä lapselle joka viihtyy vedessä, että riittää kun olet mukana ja vierellä, paikka itsessään hoitaa ohjelmatoimiston roolin. Vedessä menee tunteja kerrallaan. Olimme matkalla joulun huippusesongin aikaan ja paikka täynnä, ei silti tuntunut liian täydeltä. Palvelu ystävällistä, ravintoloissa ei tosin maailman nopeinta. Ei paikka minne menisin ekana vaimon kanssa romanttiselle lomalle kaksin, mutta ehdottomasti paikka jonne menemme perheenä uudelleen. Propsit erinomaisesta höyrysaunasta.

Viihtyisä paikka, mutta lemmikkimaksu korkea
Kolmas vierailumme perheenä, ja aina sujunut kaikki hyvin. Lemmikkimaksu ainoa, joka aina vähän kirpaisee, kun se täytyy maksaa joka yöltä ja on 20 euroa. Eli kaksi yötä on 40€ lisämaksu. Ymmärrän, että lemmikki tuottaa jonkin verran lisätyötä siivoojille, mutta 20€/yö tuntuu vähän ylihinnalta. Olen itse ollut hotellisiivooja eikä koiran yöpyminen yleensä aiheuttanut muuta kuin ylimääräisen pyyhkeen ja kupin viemisen huoneeseen, ja lisäksi hieman perusteellisemman imuroinnin. Mielestäni lisämaksun voisi laskuttaa jälkikäteen, mikäli kerroshuolto ilmoittaa huoneen olleen erityisen sotkuinen juuri lemmikin takia. ”Varmuuden vuoksi” kaikkien asiakkaiden laskutus ei ole ns. reilua. Mutta tää nyt on mun mielipide, kaikki on muuten siis tosi hyvin kyseisessä hotellissa ja nautimme aina vierailusta. Aamupala on myös tosi hyvä!
