While an obvious older building, it was quiet and clean. No ac (as advertised), but the fan worked really well to keep the room cool. The chairs on the "patio" were a nice bonus as was the refrigerator, and parking was not a problem. The only "miss" was the dark corner next to the tv (table needed a lamp) and we couldn't find a switch for the patio light. Staff was quick at check in and called the next morning to see if we needed anything. Very happy with our stay!
