This Hotel is not quite as portrayed in photos. I did not receive the room I had reserved. I was moved next day but still not room I has reserved. Located in a hill but only about 7 minute walk to main street. Location is not too bad.

They don’t offer no type of breaks fast unless you pay for it the day before but that is not communicated , pictures are nothing like you see in person nothing near to eat I would not recommend to no one

Malas condiciones, nos dieron una habitacion sucia, con u. Pañal sucio en el bote de la basura, las camas destendidas. Nos la cambiaron y nos dieron la llave de una que estaba habitada, al final nos dieron una master suit pero olía a caño. El trato de Karen en la recepcion es muy hostil. No recomendable definitivamente

No le invierten en nada de mantenimiento, la tele nunca prendió, el aire acondicionado no funcionó, no hay agua caliente, las paredes sucias, la cabecera y la base de la cama de cemento, no fue costosa la noche pero por 900 la noche creo que ameritaba un poco más la calidad

No me respetaron las características de la habitación que elegí en la compra. Muy ÍNCOMODO. No funcionaba la conexión a Wifi (SIN INTERNET). Alberca FUERA DE SERVICIO (por lo que la imagen de la publicidad es un engaño). Toallas rotas y desgastadas. (habitación sin toallas, se tienen que ir a solicitar por separado). Aire acondicionado insuficiente y ruidosa. Alrededores llenos de basura y hojarasca. Deficiencia en el servicio.
