Staying in La Rochelle

This hotel is about 15 mins from La Rochelle centre - The receptionist was very friendly and professional she spoke wonderful English and explained about the room and parking how to access barriers where to go to reach the town she was marvellous The hotel is on street level and has a lift The room was adequate for 2 adults and small dog - it was spotless and had all of the requirements for our stay including a well equipped kitchenette La Rochelle has a multitude of bars and restaurants all of which were dog friendly We took a boat trip to Fort Boyard which was great and dog went as well there are other trips if you want I recommend a thrip to Ile de Rae fantastic Island a short drive or sea bus from La Rochelle had lunch at the harbour at Ile Rae fabulous

The room is very small. There are no curtains just sheers. The hotel is well situated to visit LaRochelle and easy access to out of town. You really can’t cook or make food in the tiny kitchen. Just heat things and you must wash all dishes. Coffee is not provided just instant coffee. There is a coffee machine in lobby for 2euros. There is no lounge or place to go other than your room. There is a option for breakfast down in cafeteria ( you cannot use personnally just for service). It looked very ordinary. It’s more suited for university.

Great place, new construction. It was really hot during my stay and I was surprise that there were no AC. It’s particularly a problem since my room is in the roundabout road side and noisy, moreover since there’s only one window, no air was going through

Le studio premium ne correspondait pas du tout à ce que le site annonçait. Très mal agencé, ne correspondait pas du tout à du premium. Entourage de l’hôtel peu attrayant et attractif, dans une zone limite industrielle. Très déçu compte tenu du prix payé et rien à voir avec la présentation du site. Le personnel était cependant très agréable.

Résidence conforme à la proposition. Attention toutefois en période de chaleur : il n'y a qu'un ventilateur fixe orienté vers le dessus du lit, ce qui fait que la chambre peut chauffer un peu en l'absence de climatisation. Néanmoins l'accueil, les commodités et le lit sont agréables. Et la petite terrasse était un plus. Il vous faudra marcher environ 10 minutes pour rejoindre le centre ville.

Accueil agréable et sympathique. Séjour d'une nuit en studio premium. Bonne literie et suffisamment spacieux. SdB avec douche italienne. Petite cuisine équipée, avec l'essentiel - plaque de cuisson, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes et évier. Petit déjeuner copieux et pour tous les goûts (14€ par personne). Parking à proximité, avec réservation nécessaire, disposant de 4 bornes électriques 22 kwh (attention, le câble n'est pas fourni...). Petit bémol, pas de climatisation - juste 2 ventilateurs, un au plafond et l'autre vertical - d'appoint donc compliqué si forte chaleur. Côté rue, pas possible de dormir la fenêtre ouverte, car un peu... bruyant.

Je souhaite vous faire part de mon mécontentement concernant mon séjour dans votre établissement ce week-end. Tout d’abord, j’ai été particulièrement surpris lorsque les fenêtres étaient ouvertes. Cette nuisance sonore est importante et n’était à aucun moment mentionnée lors de la réservation. Si cette information avait été précisée, elle aurait pu influencer mon choix. Par ailleurs, j’ai constaté plusieurs manquements en matière de propreté et d’entretien. J’ai notamment relevé la présence de toiles d’araignées dans la chambre, comme en attestent les photos que j’ai prises. J’ai également constaté des moisissures en bas des fenêtres, ce qui est regrettable pour un établissement hôtelier. Enfin, la terrasse extérieure n’était pas particulièrement agréable. Le sol présentait de nombreuses traces et un manque évident d’entretien, ce qui nuisait à la qualité générale des lieux. Ces différents éléments ont malheureusement eu un impact négatif sur mon séjour. Je souhaitais vous en informer afin que les mesures nécessaires soient prises pour améliorer l’entretien de votre établissement et l’information fournie à vos futurs clients.
