Stay away!

This place is a welfare/ homeless dump. The room was tragic, I just walked away from my non refundable room payment and left.I've lost faith in hotels.com for listing this total dive.

They did not give me the room that I paid for. There were homeless transients roaming the parking lot. The room was not very clean and it smelt like smoke.

A lot of noise at night like people arguing. Also, checking in is at 3:00 pm because there is limited staff available. On top of that, until onr arrives, they ask for $50 dollars cash as a deposit for possible damages, but rooms' furniture is damaged and old.

Upon arrival there were some residents blasting music and you can hear it throughout the entire motel. There were also people straight up coming up to me and my daughter asking for money. In general, it just did not feel safe so we left and found another hotel right away. Safety should always be first.

No ammenities.Only 1 ice room that is kept locked, The poorest excusedf for alobby/check-in desk that I have ever seen!!!!! ugly bathroom. Microwave oven with nowhere to plug it in. Television that had to be reset everytime itt was turned on. In short: the poorest excuse for a motel that I I have .seen.

This property should be condemned. It is a classic 1948 totally unchanged. I have a support. animal and they demanded I pay $125 for him. They also refused to admit me unless I put a credit card down with a $250 credit available. HORRIBLE. SHOULD BE CONDEMED.

Reserved Non-Smoking. They put me in a smoking room, smelled horrible. Moved me to a "non-smoking" room. Smelled a little less horrible. Cigarette burns on the bathroom counter (and why the heck is there a tiny refrigerator in the bathroom?) Anytime I took a deep breath, my throat became sore from the stale tobacco odor. No trash can in room. Bathtub refinish coating flaking and possibly dangerous sharp edges. I did not use bath tub or shower.

I was tired after having been on the road for 12 hours so I picked the closest hotel without reading any reviews. All I can say is that it will never happen again! Driving up to the property was worrisome. The room assigned to us was nasty, smelled and in such a terrible condition that it shouldn't be made available to anyone. I was speechless walking into such a filthy, foul smelling, and rundown room. Stains on bedsheet, burn/scorch marks were all over the bathroom counter, exposed electrical outlets,  heat/ac unit falling apart and a toilet seat that didn't fit.  I was in the room just long enough to take pictures for Expedia to see and hopefully contact this property about the condition of this hotel. I informed front desk about the room but apparently he doesn't care and said that all rooms are like that.

Miedo y asco en Lancaster

La habitación estaba sucia, olía a humedad y cañerías, la mitad de las luces no funcionaban, el baño era una mazmorra (oscuro, armarios rotos, grifos estropeados y no había pomo en la puerta). Además había alguna cucaracha y un par de pastillas tiradas en el suelo. Nos quedamos dos noches y en la primera noche nos quisieron vender droga en la puerta y por la mañana la policía entró y arrestó a tres personas (con armas claro). Básicamente fue como una peli de Tarantino en el southwest. Una experiencia inolvidable para amantes del riesgo.

Dangerous Hotel

That is a very nasty, dangerous hotel. I was not able to stay there. I requested a refund and was not able to get it. It was not a safe environment inside or out. There was gang activity and prostitution in the parking area. The inside was nasty and unsafe with the air conditioner hanging out of the wall, and wires coming out of the wall in the bathroom.
