We really enjoyed our stay at The Splendor and would stay again. The hotel is in a great location, close to shopping and restaurants. It's also a short walk to the botanical gardens. Our room was very clean. It's an older hotel so a bit shabby in places. Scuff marks on the walls for example. Also the beds are very hard, but I was told this is typical in that area. Overall a lovely stay though.

I would like to give four star for the hotel. However, the route planned for check-in, in my opinion, is quite frustrating and annoying. The concierge is divided two part. One is on ground floor and the other one is on 12th floor. I felt frustrating when I brought my children and a medium suitcase. otherwise, the decoration of hotel is pleasant.
