Great hotel and convenient location
Kevin the concierge was awesome making recommendations and getting us reservations. Not eco friendly from the perspective they kept leaving us plastic water bottles. The tap water was great. Eco friendly from the standpoint of not changing sheets everyday but when there was blood on them, they should have been changed.

Beautiful hotel and room. Good location. It was chilly and rainy during our stay. It was difficult to keep our room warm. Housekeeping did not enter our room when the privacy sign was NOT displayed resulting in no service during our stay. Granted, my husband was not feeling well and spent a lot of time in the room. But, I do not think it unreasonable to hope that they come in while we are not in the room and the door tag is not out.

The hotel is in excellent location walkable to all restaurants and shopping. The trolley is right in front of the hotel all the hotel employees from check-in to dining to housekeeping have been extraordinary away smiling and saying hello.

Comfortable bed, big shower, cold air conditioning, within walking distance of nearly everything, quality pool, friendly and helpful staff, the hotel is as good as you hope it will be (I mean on two occasions, someone from the hotel was serving beignets in the lobby).
