Customer service is awful. They did not communicate well about the policy of check-in.The first room had roaches had to try another room. Once I went to the room, apparently the staff use that room for personal use, as if that is where she lounge at. The room was not completely clean once the staff left out of the room.
The sad part once upon arrival to check in, I had to wait before there was no one in the office. Apparently, out to lunch. She told me to give here 15 minutes however, she took much longer.
Apparently, the check-in process is different. I had booked online and put my credit card information. I thought once I arrived and got my key I was good to go. But that was not the case. Had to change room because of bugs problem. She talking about the Exterminator come on Wednesday. So I was moved to another room. But the killing part. Approximately. Around 9 pm a man had opened my door to the room saying I did not belong in the room. Fortune, the lash was on the door that stopped him for coming completely in. He was not professional. That when I realized this was not my best place to stay. He told me I had to leave because the room was not paid for. I gave her my driver License when I first got there. Therefore, I thought I had officially checked in. I knew this was a low-budget place to stay but I had to until I move into my house.
You do pay for what you get: I had to pay more for a good rest, which was a much nicer place. It was more professional service
