Love the cabins
This is my third cabin to stay in. They are very continently located and quiet. This cabin was beautiful, but it did have a few rotted spots in the floor and wasp kept coming in and crawling on the floor which is an obvious hazard. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

6/10 Good

We didn't get the same cabin that was in the reservation which was a little disappointing since it was further from the outlet mall and not as easy to walk to it because of hills. Also the parking situation was different and we struggled navigating around a car that was parked blocking the only access to the walkway...see picture attached. We couldn't roll our luggage and had to step in rocks every time we left. Access to the walkway should not be able to be blocked by parking. The cabin was clean and exactly like the pictures. We loved the layout and it was plenty big enough for the 3 of us. The first floor bedroom was very cold and never seemed to warm up even when we left the door open to get heat from the kitchen which was warm. There was only one thin blanket in the cabin to use so we ended up going to Walmart and buying blankets the first night. The internet was down the morning we left. Overall our stay was just okay.

Cabins seem nice enough, but ours did not have running hot water at the bath vanity, the flow was down to hardly a trickle. The shower worked ok. There is a 150'-200' long downhill sidewalk to the cabin with lights along it, but the lights were not working. The outside light at the cabin was not working either.

The cabin was just ok. The bed was terrible. The linens were soured. We left a day early. Couldn’t sleep there another night. Couldn’t recommend this property. It was decorated nicely.

Housekeeping was inadequate. Carpet was dirty with spills. The pillows were miniature and too few. It was corporate bait and switch. We were shown a good location with nice room pictures but ended up way off the beaten path with bugs and helicopters circling til dark.

Very good stay, but… The cabin had an unpleasant odor and the mattress was too soft for me. Check in and out was very efficient and professional.

Ok, but had issues and needs maintenance
Got there and they put us in a different cabin than we booked. Washer stopped working mid load. AC broke and was in the 80s in the room. The comment book in the room indicates that this is not a new problem.

Loved it!
It was an incredible cabin, in a wonderful location. Everything was very well kept and the perfect vacation spot. It was a bit tricky to get to and from the cabin as there is only one entrance that is open and it’s a bit like a maze. My map came in handy. I also did not like the 10 am check out, I would have preferred an 11 am check out as it is always our last day of vacation and it’s nice to not rush around before the long trip home. The staff was WONDERFUL and checked in multiple times both before and during our stay to see if we were in need of anything. We will be staying again.

Nice place that is close enough to the strip but not right on it, which meant it was mostly quiet. Property management staff were friendly and responsive.

Needs a deep cleaning.
We came on a family trip and stayed 2 nights. The property looked fine online but once we walked in the door it smelled old and musty and not fresh and clean. There was a lot of caked on dust on the ceiling fans making them useless (I didn’t want more dust floating in the air as my allergies were already triggered). The carpet was lined with dingy dust all the way up the stairs and in the rooms. There was also a drop of blood on the tile floor in the upstairs bedroom in front of the sink. The chair in the loft smelled absolutely awful and also was not something we could use because of the cleanliness. This could be a very great place if someone would take the time to deep clean it and take out the old gross carpet and clean the furniture. It was decorated for the holidays which was nice and everything else was fine. I personally will not be staying here again. I will say that the other cabin we also rented on this property was just fine and no complaints.
