Chinatown
Davao's Chinatown buzzes with authentic cultural energy beneath distinctive red-tiled pagoda roofs. Dragon sculptures guard temple entrances while incense smoke drifts from Lon Wa Buddhist Temple. Good
Davao is cool. Surely safe. Especially if you don't go out of your way to SHOW everyone you are a foreign tourist. Dress and walk to blend in and you will be fine. ie loud Hawaiian type shirts, walking slow, looking down at your phone.
