Still a great hotel with a brilliant buffet breakfast. The dinner restaurant has a great location overlooking the pool area and has a very tasty menu.

Charged parking for full week stay - had to use a seperate scan app instead of just registering your vehicle. No hot water on last morning in multiple rooms, rooms not vacuumed, ground floor hallway smelled of mold

Very disappointing
The worst stay I have ever had at a Marriott or Sheraton property. Not what I expected as I have always had a wonderful experience with these brands. Issue after issue getting our room serviced properly. Resort overcrowded and service was terrible.
Its was fabulous! It was sad that pool staff show poor human nature ( two guys). It was reported and it was note by management, however, damage was done from experience - sad! I would return as I had booked 3 room for family and friends
