Get comfort Regardless of Location
When you first walk in we were immediately welcomed with a greet and a smile. Thru out our stay staff were eager to help and assist. Very satisfying & comforting. Lobby was clean, in order, inviting, colorful and cozy. Flavored water was a treat. Loved the available coffee thru out our start in lobby as well. Room is very clean, comfortable and VERY roomy. All sheets on bed and bed in couch are clean ( avaliable upon request). Restroom had all amenities needed to provide a daily assistance. Floors, TV, lamps lighting, AC/HEATER, desk chair & dresser drawers worked very well. Comfortable. Pool area was very clean and very well kept. The hot tub was HOT & amazingly relaxing. The ONLY reason why we chose this hotel to check in to was the got tub. At the time of our stay, jets in tub did not work, but heat was not in short supply. Extremely happy about the pool area. Laundry worked great. Washed & dried cloths prefect. Front desk has all laundering materials needed at a decent fee. The only downfall experience we ran into was the location of hotel. Not all that, BUT facilitate has security policing the area 24/7. Plus gates indoor were locked to outdoor access. I would STILL recommend this location. Can't wait to go back!!!

Everything was going well, however I am extremely upset with the receptionist or whoever was at the desk on Oct 5th. The room was intended for myself and my friend. The receptionist did not call me for authorization for another friend to get an extra key to my room. While I was running a quick errand hours before my wedding ceremony, I came back to my room to another friend who I DID NOT INTEND to have access to my room, in my room. I am overall unsatisfied with this event that made me late to my own wedding ceremony.

I guess it was alright.
Check in took like 30 mins because their payment machine was being finicky. Hotel was under renovation, not sure why we were stuck all the way on the other side of the hotel. It had one elevator, on the opposite side our room was on. Long walk and it was hot in the hallways. Bathroom in the hotel was small, looked like it was renovated, but cracks in the caulk in the bathroom. Furniture was beat up. I won't stay here again.

The staff was amazing! I loved that they had a photo spot setup for those coming out for Air Force graduations. The hotel itself needs some updating. The carpeting through the hall to our room had bumps all through it making it harder to get a wheelchair through. We had to pull the TV almost to the front edge of the stand to be able to watch tv. There was no slip protection on the bathtub flooring so we had to lay a washcloth down not to fall.

Property was average in person. Per photos online they were somewhat similar but made the property overall look better on paper. Staff was very nice, but pool area was smaller than expected. Bathroom of room was a little dirty and area around the high way was off putting. Stayed here solely for the convenience of it being 5 mins from the Air Force Base.

The website states there is a certain security deposit upon check-in. The night auditor tried to charge us and amount much higher than what was listed and said that the Expedia website was incorrect. I showed him where it stated the correct amount on the website and he said that Expedia was incorrect and that their fee is was the correct amount. He would not budge on that info. We refused to stay at the hotel, with the fear of getting scammed.
