Beautiful room, very modern and clean. The perfect room for a couple to stay for a weekend getaway in Los Angeles. Stores and shopping everything conveniently near walking or driving a couple of minutes. I Loved it!!! Oh, and our view in the room was amazing 💕

Make sure you catch the right shuttle from LAX. We got the wrong Hyatt shuttle & was dropped at a parking lot by a rather rude driver who told us to walk. He finally agreed to take us back to LAX where he flagged down the right shuttle for us. Room lighting is very dim, hard to see anything!!

Great hotel, but not if limited mobility
The hotel itself was great—but I had my mother with me who requires a cane and limited walking. The hotel does not allow drop off close to the lobby—even for handicap so if you need to be dropped off at the door, its further than being dropped off at the curb at the airport and going to your airline check in counter. And yes, asked if was possible to get closer and was told no.
