The check in and check out process needs major improvement. I made my reservation online and never got any instructions. If it wasn’t for a lady that happened to be there I would have been out. For Check out I had no idea that a hotel out there me is 10am At 10:15 I had the cleaning lady bouncing on the door telling me I had to leave as if I was some sort of squatter. I liked the room but I will never stay here again .

Had a great couple night stay. So close to great options of coffee shops, restaurants and Old San Juan. Douglas from the hotel was very helpful with knowledgeable information about the island if ever need.

This property was a very good stay, especially if you are staying in San Juan for an extended period as the units have kitchenettes equipped with some kitchen supplies, and there is laundry on the property. It was centrally located to a lot of great neighborhoods and a short walk to the beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They may be a little loud because the complex is on a busy street.

The property wasn’t as pictured. The fixtures and insides were a lot more dated inside than how it looked online. We got the studio plus and did enjoy having the extra room. However, the floors seemed to be stained and appeared dirty. The pool was small and not clean and some of the chairs appeared to be stained and broken. We had to go up and down a lot of stairs with luggage which was a little hard. We just expected with the great reviews and the pictures it would be a little more comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful as much as possible.

AC was leaking but besides that it was clean . I had what I needed . I was alone so the space was perfect . You do have to climb up 3 flights of stairs with your luggage . No help with that unfortunately. Area is noisy so if your looking for something quiet this might not be a great option ! I walked 10 mins to La placita which was awesome & there’s lots of dining options you can get to on foot as well !! Douglas was great ! Enjoy your stay 😊

At first I was “disappointed” because the property it’s a bit older than imagined but my bad. Once I adjusted my expectations it grew on to me and I had a really good stay. Small, convenient, charming and there were no power issues at all even though there was a blackout in the entire island! Easy check in and check out. No need for a rental car.

Everything about the property was perfect. I had no issues with Uber to get to the property, and I had no problems getting into it. The place was big, clean, modern, and two blocks from the beach. It was a 10-15 Uber ride to Old San Juan. I'd stay there again if my next visit were in San Juan.

Room was super small not big enough for 2 ppl, bathroom had sink issues,wifi was weak, 1 accessible power outlets ,couldn’t find pool that was listed, basically what’s was advertised online looked totally different ….. if you wanna just party and sleep and get up and go then it would be good for you (1 person)

TV did not work. Mold in shower. AC unit leaked onto floor. Toaster set off smoke alarm. Area was directly on busy street with loud noise all night. Streets are not well lit with run down buildings around. And our room was on 3rd floor with no elevator, so had to carry luggage up stairs with my bad back.

Our room was clean and management was quick to respond to inquiries and resolve minor issues. We enjoyed the amenities provided including the kitchen area and shampoo/soap provided. The location was convenient with a pharmacy, supermarket, and many restaurants within walking distance. If you are sensitive to noise, I recommend trying to request a rear facing or side facing room, as the apartment complex is located on a busy road. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.
