Hôtel Parnass is a great hotel to stay while in Zermatt. It is clean and modern. The continental breakfast is really good with a lot of choice. And what is really nice, you see the Matterhorn just as you step out of the hotel on a clear day. Get the south facing room if you can.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Friendly welcoming helpful staff. Breakfast was great, pot of tea, good selection of cold foods, lovely marmalade. Easy walk from train station and to shopping. Only downside would be for people taller than 1.8 metres may have limited headroom in the shower.

Great property, friendly and efficient staff. Our rooms had balconies facing the Matterhorn. They had an open area with tables and chairs in the front… you can bring your own food and drinks while gazing at the Matterhorn. I would highly recommend this hotel.
