Walkable distance to the airport, but quiet. Staff are very friendly and the little hotel is cozy. The pool is a little small, but can’t expect too much I guess. There’s no hot water, but for me, wasn’t an issue as it wasn’t so cold.

Great place for the price!
Stay about 3 nights! Very nice neighborhood. The attention of the front staff was great. The place was nice and enjoyed my stayed. No hot water. Breakfast available for about $3 dollars per day. The attention and service provided by the front clerks and cleaning ladies were amazing! They are very attentive and very helpful. The beach or (Malecón) is about 3 blocks. There are plenty of restaurants and bodegas to buy food from.

You get what you pay for … but only one towel for two travels and no hot water. When we left in the morning I stood at the desk for several minutes waiting to check out. Only to discover the person in front of me wasn’t a guest, he was another employee.

READ REVIEW, SEE PICS: NOT CLEAN, bad service
VERY DIRTY: see pictures. When showering, found parts of leftover soap by prior guests, and their old shampoo plastic containers. Meaning: Shower/bath was NOT cleaned. Mouldy shower, see picture. Both bath towels had many stains, and/or not clean. Showed these pictures, and towel, to staff at reception. Totally passive, no interest in fixing, did not offer discount, new room or other «fix». Simply pointed out that the maid must not have cleaned. For the towels: said that it is simply «stains», but (old) towel was washed. —> Bad service, total «do not care attitude». —> Hotel likely maintains a low level service/cleanliness since many guests are people seeking a bed close to airport, if early flight (like our case). Swimming pool is very small, and workers were singing while oiling the patio, while others used sledgehammer. Meaning: no use in pool. Would not recommend: stay for example at Patio Getsemani (where we also stayed). Conclude: totally get the idea of a «cheap bed close to airport», but this must be with a minimum level of cleanliness and friendliness

Buena ubicación. Buen servicio y el personal muy amable. Se siente mucho ruido de huéspedes que no respetan el sueño ni la tranquilidad. El precio publicado en la aplicación mostraba un poco más barata que la real cuando vas a pagar…pero no la gran cosa. El desayuno es aceptable por ese precio. Creo que en la relación calidad precio… ese hotel es muy bueno. Sin dudas lo usaría nuevamente..
