drapes would not close allowing the parking to see into our jacuzzi room and the were too long blocking the air conditioner vents

It took 45 minutes y get checked in to the Hotel. Not the fault of the kind girl working the front desk. She was doing her very best as only one person can. She did have another person working with her but the line of people wanting to check in, they just put a sign up and walked away. Leaving only one person to check in over 15 guests. Plus the computer system was very slow and out dated making each guest checking in take at least 15 minutes. Very very disappointing. .
