Wouldn't recommend even on a budget
Needed a place to stay for the night and figured the $150 range would be ok, not great but ok and even with my low expectations I was surprised at how shabby this place was. The staff was nice and did allow me extra time to check out but the bed sheets and blankets were torn, stains on the wall, dirty fridge, dirty bathroom, clogged toilet, mold on chair and hallway carpets.

Time for some maintenance
Woodwork carpet and furniture all need updating. Tired and worn. I realize inflation has touched every part of the consumers market but for the prices being charged the value is not there. Maintenance and replacement of worn and damaged items like lamps, carpet and trim must take place.

Good, could be better
It was a roof over our head and bed to sleep in. Card keys had to be inserted multiple times to unlock. That was for the room door and outside doors for guests in the back. Shower rod had been mounted to wall multiple times and drooped bad enough the curtain wanted to not go shower wall to wall and water would end on floor. Some breakfast items, ie biscuits and gravy were cold and needed microwaved in the morning. The public hot tub was really nice and clean . Aside from a few things lacking proper fixing, it was clean and not in a bad part of town.

Disappointed
We had a reservation. When we got there they acted as if they were scrambling to find us a room and said they are full. We finally get our room. We had 1 towel, no hand soap for washing our hands. When we asked for more towels so we could shower (remember there was only one) we were told they had no more by the front desk attendant. 15 mins before we had to check out she shows up to our room with 1 towel. Which by that point we were ready to leave. The hallway floors were very dirty, some areas with trash on ground, one with a wash rag on the hall way floor. The bed was comfy, and the room was ok besides the missing items. We gave stayed at other quality inn and suites and have had much better experiences. I was surprised by the one lacking due to it being in a nice area.

2/10 Poor

One of the worst hotels I have ever experienced. Hotel was dirty, drain in shower was plugged, there was pubic hair all over the bathroom and the pillow smelled like someone just slept on it. I touched the desk area and my hand stuck to it. The breakfast was cold and tasted like it was from the day before.

Came to a nearby venue and needed an overnight stay. We arrived here to check in a d we were immediately sorry for choosing this hotel. The room smelled awful and tbe beds were disgusting. The girl at the counter was rude. We felt very unsafe as it was very sketchy looking. We ended up ditching the hotel and going somewhere else for the night. Expensive lesson learned.

We initially were escorted to a room that had second hand smoke residual tif previously smoked room. I asked to be moved and Maggie the front desk person made it possible although they were pretty booked. She moved us to another and she transferred to a better room for the night on 8/2 -8/3 but still had some residual smell of pet urine on carpet. She moved us on Saturday 8/3 next day to a much better room 109 that was comfortable to sleep. The breakfast has spoiled milk that my husband and I brought to their attention on Saturday morning on 8/3 and they changed it to an unopened gallon but it still has sour taste. My husband and I recommended they look at the refrigerator temperature that may be spoiling the milk since the expiration date was not expired and suggested they look at the fridge. Both front desk people were polite and mentioned they would look into that and the next day on Sunday 8/4 they had a good gallon with expiration of 8/16 and milk wasn’t spoiled. Our house keeper Ashley was hospitable and brought in my soap and shampoo I forgot in the previous room and asked if we had fresh towels. The front desk associates are polite and courteous in making changes so overall our second day was much better.

This hotel was disgusting, upon entering our room we noticed the blankets on the bed were stained badly, there was a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door and there was old food in the fridge. The carpet was horribly stained and our smelled like BO. Their breakfast was gross cold sausage gravy and hard biscuits. There was garbage all over outside the hotel. Will never stay at a Quality Inn again this is the 2nd one we have stayed at and they both were gross.

the property is tired, needs to be remodeled and updated. Breakfast used to be good, now it isn't. New Owners need to invest in the property, not milk it and let it die.
