Really great service
The person running the desk could not have been friendlier. He seems like a very nice person and the breakfast area seemed very neat. Although I am gluten-free and dairy free and there really wasn’t anything but a banana that I could eat. The pool was not in service while I was there. I feel like an email about that or something might be warranted. There were some small items with the room that were just from being worn. There was a rip in the curtain that really wasn’t a big deal. It didn’t seem like the fans or the light in the bathroom worked properly. The TV was a little older so the screen didn’t fit entirely. Making it harder to figure out what channel you were on, etc.. But overall, we had a very nice visit

Never Go There
This place is terrible. Before I checked in I asked if the pool was open. He said yes. Once I checked in and my girls went to look at the pool it was closed. He also followed my kids everywhere they went. The whole reason we picked this place was because of the pool. 6 other ppl were mad too. I tried to get a refund because we stayed there 15 mins maybe. The front desk person was rude and disrespectful. I made a video to bad I can't share that. We went to the hotel next door The Hampton which was so nice and the pool was open.

The staff at the hotel was extremely personable and pleasant! However. In the first room there was the overpowering smell of mildew. The tv didn’t work in the room they put us in but it smelled very clean. Also, the pool was closed for maintenance.

Our sink was broke. The bathtub was dirty. There was dust on the light fixtures. There was dust on the TV ledge spiderwebs behind the bed under the bed. shower curtain was dirty I could not walk around without my shoes or socks. The carpet was disgusting. You could feel the dirtiness and how it has not been cleaned. I also was charged before arriving to my property. and I made sure that procedures was to pay on property while arriving also the pool that was stated that would be heated was cold and I had every remark about my 2 1/2 potty train son if he had a diaper on before getting into her pool. We stayed here for two nights as a family, but I do not recommend recommend if you are looking for a clean hotel
