Not the best, not the worst.
My experience at this hotel was mixed. The front desk service left much to be desired; the staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than assisting guests during check-in, which felt awkward and inattentive. While the hotel lobby was modern and well-designed, it was one of the few areas that appeared to be well-maintained. Unfortunately, the condition of my room was disappointing. The bathroom had a large hole in the wall caused by the doorknob, and the chair in the living area was so stained and worn that I wouldn’t consider sitting on it. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and only had a heavy comforter, making it difficult to regulate temperature. Additionally, the room felt excessively damp, which made the stay even less pleasant. On a positive note, the morning shuttle service was efficient and got me to the airport on time. It was, by far, the best part of my stay. Overall, while there were a few highlights, the lack of attention to room maintenance and guest service made this stay less enjoyable than I had hoped.

Good for the price
We stayed for one night before our cruise, it was fine the room was clean.The only issue is that the bathroom is in major need of upgrade it’s all mildew and rusty, the shower curtain was so old. The free breakfast was great perk and we used the airport shuttle waited 30 min for it to pick us up, not bad.

The rooms seem to have been updated however the cleanliness of the room wasn’t there. The beds were so uncomfortable that my left with a backache. The shower diverter was coming out of the bathtub wall. The vent in the bathroom was filthy and had an appearance of mold surround the vent. The bathroom corners seems to have rust and the back of toilet area was disgusting. The hallway carpet was filthy which seem to leave a could odor on the 2nd floor. Thank goodness we only had one night booked. Ramada do better.
