My experience at this hotel was mixed. The front desk service left much to be desired; the staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than assisting guests during check-in, which felt awkward and inattentive.
While the hotel lobby was modern and well-designed, it was one of the few areas that appeared to be well-maintained. Unfortunately, the condition of my room was disappointing. The bathroom had a large hole in the wall caused by the doorknob, and the chair in the living area was so stained and worn that I wouldn’t consider sitting on it. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and only had a heavy comforter, making it difficult to regulate temperature. Additionally, the room felt excessively damp, which made the stay even less pleasant.
On a positive note, the morning shuttle service was efficient and got me to the airport on time. It was, by far, the best part of my stay.
Overall, while there were a few highlights, the lack of attention to room maintenance and guest service made this stay less enjoyable than I had hoped.
