Unsafe and dirty
We were traveling to Florida. We arrived late. Reception was polite. When we arrived at our room the door was open. I went back to the front desk and they sent someone up with me to make sure that the room was safe. I asked for another room they said that they were sorry as they were completely booked. A man with a dog got in the elevator with his dog and entered the room across from us. My wife went back to the reception desk and asked if there were rooms set aside for animals. His reply was no as they are pet friendly. My wife then said that she wasn't happy sleeping in a bed that the night before a dog might have been and who knows what they did in that bed. It was 11:00 in the evening or we would have simply left and gone to another hotel. We are in hotel's 40-50 nights per year. Hampton just lost a customer as we will never book with you again given your dirty policy!!

Good hotel for travel
Room was basic. Clean. They had to come fix the air conditioner but they were fast and it worked. Pool was a little dirty, but they had just had a hurricane rip through. Overall a good experience.

Amazing
Our stay with this hotel was very pleasant, the room was clean and had everything we may have needed. The beds were also really comfortable and clean. The room was a pretty decent size too. We enjoyed our overnight stay. Also, the breakfast was good as well. The kindness and hospitality of the staff was on point :) thank you!! We would come back to stay again in the future.

We took our bicycles on vacation and needed bicycle-friendly hotels to stay at. I called ahead before booking, and the person on the phone was instantly able to say they can store bicycles in the back office or we can put them in our rooms. Aside from that benefit, the staff were friendly, the room was clean and provided everything we needed, and breakfast was a good mix of hot and cold.

One of the best Hampton Inn's I've ever stayed at. Very clean, front desk team very friendly and helpful, nice rooms. Even the shampoo and conditioner were not in little bottles but big bottles we dispense out of. Breakfast was pretty good. Could improve with a little bacon or more bread variety. We will be back!
