We booked 2 superior twin rooms for 9 nights, as we wanted a good sized room for a lengthy stay. The hotel was spotless, and in a great location. Easy walk to a few subway lines, as well as Tokyo Station.
The amenities provided were plentiful - and I have not seen such a selection of teas, lotions, bath salts available at any other hotel during our stay in Japan.
The washer/dryer combos were always busy. Note that it takes 2-3 hours per load so it does hold up the line. The staff were great when I pushed the wrong button (tried adding extra dry when starting the wash as I knew it would need it and it just flips it to dry). They were able to fix it for me.
The room layouts of our rooms were very different. One felt spacious and the other felt much smaller. The second layout had a smaller bathroom, couch etc. I would have sworn it was not the same room category for the differences.
There is not a lot of storage, and I knew this before so I brought packing cubes and just used the desktop and luggage rack to lay them out. I’m not a fan of clutter but this allowed us to out away the suitcases and have room to relax in the evening.
The staff helped us get our bags shipped to Osaka which was helpful. This is a cash transaction only.
Overall, a fantastic stay and I would recommend this hotel.
