Each night the bed was turned down and we got new towels. What can I saw about the staff other than, they were awesome and so accommodating! Would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic stay and spa, romantic and relaxing
We had the perfect stay at this hotel. Fantastic location, in the middle of the historical town, and in the middle of the canals. They have a great spa, with outdoor pool, we loved it! The room decor is on the classic side. We found our room very romantic. I want to recognise how amazing the staff is, we both felt they were some of the kindest we ever encountered. We do plan to go back!

Our room was beautiful and very spacious, the location of the hotel is absolutely perfect - in the midst of the medieval village and on the canal, overlooking cafes and cobblestone streets. Note: if parking a car at the hotel, you must call ahead to get instructions for gate access as the hotel is in an area restricted to foot traffic except for authorized vehicles, otherwise you must walk a distance to hotel.

Security poor at the annex. People tried to follow us in from the street. Our room was not ready at 4p as promised. Shower difficult as bathroom tub too high, sharp edge on side, no safety bar.
