It was the adequate room right for us. Unfortunately after so many attempts to communicate had to get Expedia involved. They still didn't pick us up correctly from airport. Messed up some of our day. The staff at the property is really good, accommodative and courteous. The location is quite walkable to the main square of Cusco. For the price; excellent value and experience. We stayed at the property, then left our luggage in storage and went to Machu Picchu for a couple days and returned back to the property. Everything was very smooth

I am quite surprised this hotel has such good reviews. While it was not the worst place ever, it had a lot of problems. It would be fine for a night, but would not recommend it for a longer stay. The room we got was not as pictured on Expedia and did not have a separate sitting area. Multiple things in the room were broken, hot water was intermittent (once ice cold, many times like warm), and the place overall is very tired. On the first day there was extremely loud construction noise all day. Staff was very aloof. The good things were the location and the bed and linens were decent. Cleanliness was acceptable.
