Historical place on a nice location with view at the harbour. Breakfast was amazing (but expensive) and the breakfast/restaurant is beautifully decorated. They have a nice terrace outside.

The location is also great. Also, there is a fantastic pub with a lot of charme and a rooftop bar with an amazing view and very good cocktails. Con’s: the elevator will not necessarily take you to your floor as the hotel is constructed between two different buildings so I would definitely not recommend if you are physically disabled or have a problem carrying your own luggage. Also, the beds are very small. But all in all, a great hotel, and we would definitely return.

Rude staff, they don’t know their job very well, customer service 0, they didn’t check us in on time (at 3pm) and asked us to return later, we had a job to do and in our return at 11pm, they allocated wrong rooms (against what we paid for and asked) and said we cannot changed it and if you don’t like, you can go to another hotel. Simple! Without saying sorry! Dont expect a nice room with any view, it is a waste of money!

Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage
Perfekt ist die zentrale Lage zwischen Reeperbahn und Landungsbrücken, alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war klein, für korpulente Menschen wird es da etwas schwierig, dennoch: alles sauber und in gutem Zustand. Für eine Nacht absolut empfehlenswert, den recht hohen Preis muss man wohl wegen der guten Lage akzeptieren.
