To start out, I booked through hotels.com and it said they had cribs available. I made a note in the booking that I would need a crib. Upon arrival, the front desk didn't even know what a crib was and had to call management to ask what a crib is....and of course they didn't have any cribs at the hotel...they didn't even care about the huge inconvenience of our baby not having a crib, but did say they saw the note that we requested a crib in advance. They were extremely rude. The pool is FREEZING while the hot tub is barely luke-warm. The free continental breakfast was supposed to be until 9am, but we were told they were closing it by 8am. They put us in a handicapped room, even though we didn't request that and paid for a sweet. The shower head was broken. On the positive side, the room was fairly clean and comfortable, which is bare minimum considering the price of the room. Would not recommend or ever return.
