Last time I book this hotel
Was promised that the pool was open all weekend and was told at check in it was still open. Come to find out when we went to use it it was closed indefinitely. Requested for our room to be clean/service and came back to being still dirty when we were told that it would be cleaned. One of the receptionist was rude and unprofessional towards our family.

Checked in first room was a mess no cover on the beds a coffee table was on the bed and also chairs were in the bed and the sofa was a mess. They gave us a second room and the beds were broken and a the shower was broken and the room stinks my family left and went to another hotel

Hotel was OK, clean, the rooms are spacious, comfortable and quiet (even though the location is right next to the freeway); however, the bathroom felt dated, in need of renovation.
