Better staff training needed
Check in was terrible, both staff were trainees and clearly had to work on their customer facing skills (with just a little smile). The room was much smaller than expected, much smaller. Breakfast was good, the service staff at the restaurant were tentative and constantly made sure all our needs were met. However, the saving grace was we left our valuables in the hotel safe, they sent an email and when returning to the hotel to collect all the items were there, even cash! When returning the front desks had mroe "seaoned" staff on hand, the whole experience felt better.

Great stay!
I always stay at this hotel for a couple of nights in London. Kind staff, good breakfast and clean. And it’s in walking distance to the tube, bus stop right out side. (And most importantly it’s within walking distance to The Royal Opera House and the west end!)

Nice hotel
A nice, clean hotel near the British Museum. There are numerous pubs nearby for a beer and a bite and you can walk, albeit about a half hour stroll, to Westminster Abbey, Parliament, Trafalger Square and many other attractions. The room was modern with good wifi and a clean, small bathroom. There is a nice little restaurant attached serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, or just cocktails. Friendly staff and reasonably priced.

Stay was just okay
The room was very small. The room was very old and the bed was hard and uncomfortable. My view was of a back alleyway where construction started at 8 am every morning which shook the hotel building. I would not book this hotel again.

Reception staff look down on you wearing casuals
Staff rude on entry, made me wait for 10 mins to check in due to audit at 02:30 in the morning. There's also a hotel across the road from Raddison Blu which is ALSO a Raddison Blu - the receptionist told me to walk 10 mins down the road to my hotel when it was across the road. They were not helpful and very dismissive. Questioning me on if I was actually staying at a Radisson Blu. I paid for the hotel with my card but the receptionist was under the impression someone else had pre-paid my room asking me for a pre-auth. I explained I don't need a pre-auth when I'm the one who paid for the room. Just because I'm not wearing swanky clothes doesn't mean your staff should doubt whether I'm staying at the hotel. Judgement at it's finest.

Et fint hotell med behjelpelige og som oftest serviceinnstilte ansatte. Hotellet ligger meg sentralt og vi kunne vandre rundt til de fleste steder. Rommet var slik man ofte kan forvente fra hoteller i London og fungerte godt til sitt bruk.

Best Hotel in London
Bästa hotellet i London. Har bott här många gånger och alltid varit nöjd, nu läste jag att de var nya ägare (vet inte om det stämmer) men jag var lika nöjd som alltid. Tjejen som checkade in mig var supertrevlig och hjälpsam. Skön säng, lagom stort rum. Är så glad att det finns kylskåp. Ordentligt tryck i duschen så det är toppen. God frukostbuffé, det var dock något som saknades som brukar vara där men har fortfarande inte kommit på vad det är :) Hotellet är så centralt, 3-5 minuter från Tottenham Court Road station och Oxford street. Covent garden är 7-10 minuter bort. Jag kommer boka här igen nästa gång jag åker.
