Not staying there again
Had difficulty checking in thru mobile device. I called our hotel few days prior to stay to ask if pool was open/usable and informed yes new heater was put in few days ago. During our stay, pool temperature was cold and hot tub water was murky brown color. My kids found half eaten candy on window sill and cookies under the bed when we arrived in room. Had planned to watch NFL playoff game but could not because hotel did not have FOX available to watch. Lack of wall outlets in room, couldn’t use plug-in nightlight for kids. Tried to use room phone to call front desk, phone line unplugged and once connected received busy signal when dialing front desk for help. Biggest complaint, broken elevator for past 2 years and how it’s not a priority to repair accordingly to hotel employee. Quit being so cheap and fix it for better guest experience at hotel with 4 floors of guest rooms.
