At first the customer service was ok, but then it turns out that i was charged twice on my credit card in the hotel restaurant, I noticed it when i got back from my vacation. When i claimed about the double charge they never gave me a straight answer, always making up excuses, like that they have to reach the accounting department, really? Im been waiting a week for somebody get back to me, and still dont give me refund or at least an answer. I just gave up and let my bank to handle this situation. I feel disrespectful as a customer, they really need to handle customer service better. I won’t recommend this hotel at all!
