No nos gustó. Hacen bodas todos los dias hasta domingos con musica muy fuerte molestando a los que se hospedan en el hotel. Tambien los que trabajan no miden el ruido y estan gritando y haciendo escandalo afuera de las habitaciones desde las 6am. El hotel no cuenta con suficiente staff entonces nadie te atiende, te hacen esperar minimo 45 minutos en los restaurantes (aunque esten vacios), no hay toallas limpias en las albercas y la comida no esta rica. The staff was great. The property was really nice. It would have been appreciated if our room was inspected before hand of any issues like room phone did not work due to any issues. Once room was found faulty in the middle of our stay, it would have been great that the manager had little empathy and concern about me and my pregnant wife to offer immediate assistance rather than I have to go to reception multiple times to request assistance for room change. Plus no upgrade or anything was offered to apologize to us and make our stay more pleasant. Spa and other services were great but it would be great to have proper communication to inform that the spa services are with extra charges not included with all inclusive package. Manager at reception during night time need to have more empathy and understanding for guests concern and situation.

We just came back after spending 5 nights for our honeymoon. We payed for the preferred club but the reality is we felt it wasn’t worth it. As soon as we got there the concierge took us to the preferred lounge to basically ask us to join a 90 mins breakfast to convince us join their club membership but we declined and every time after that when he sees us he continues trying to convince us join that meeting. The Italian food restaurant was half full and it took them almost an hour to bring our food and totally tasteless by the way, the hibachi was very good show and good food and great waiters, the buffet it was a hit or miss and the breakfast was basically the same every day. It has a small water park and lazy river that we enjoyed a lot. We stayed at some other Dreams Resort in Punta Cana and it was always a great experience so I hope this hotel gets better.

Everything at this resort was wonderful! The spa and amenities like the kids activities and arcade. Lazy River was closed for 2 of our days but was decent. I couldn’t go on zip line bc apparently I’m too heavy bc of muscle outweighing my fat. The ac seemed to be a shortcoming in most dining halls plus the coco lounge. We did lose power in our floor and they had to move us to a different room, luckily it was our 2nd day and we weren’t fully unpacked but was annoying. The Humidity was high but that’s an area they should work on. Asian restaurant was by far the best. Everything else was mediocre. Drinks were decent for most part. Our cleaning lady was yamlet was so good. Isaiah at the spa was excellent in accommodating us. Pool waters were super perfect every time we went! Those dudes are constantly checking the water quality which I appreciated. Unfortunately my daughter lost her eye glasses at the pool and never came up in the lost and found. What would anyone do with an 8 year olds prescription eyewear!? Like C’mon turn it in!

I would not recommend this resort at all! They only care about the families with children….children run around wild at this resort and they will not even let u get tipsy!!! Drinks are watered down and they don’t even have signature drinks smh…. If u ask for a shot the put ice in them bc they said it’s a family oriented resort!!! What does having a shot have to do with that … I paid for a full ocean view and they put me in a partial view ocean room … when I complained about it the guy simply asked me if I could still see the ocean …wow the nerve …I’m pissed bc I paid an extra cost for the full view and didn’t get it … and while chatting with some friends that were there they had the same complaints and the water was hit or miss bc it was freezing cold

Since the minute we walked in the resort every one was so helpful and friendly. Our experience at Dreams Natura Resort was a wonderful experience. The buffets and Restaurants the food & service was amazing, my favorite place to Eat was the Hibachi restaurant. Great place if you are with kids, My kids enjoyed the water slides.

You have variety food options here, Asian/seafood/Italian/grill, fresh and warm. The staffs are warm and friendly. I love the view and pools of it, truly family friendly.
