It was clean and great location but the ceiling fan lights wouldn’t turn off so we couldn’t run the fan when we slept and it too warm. The cooling system didn’t seem to cool down very well. The tv worked but w le couldn’t watch anything on it.

Great place close enough to bars, resturants and the beach. The room was very nice and super clean with excelllent features. The parking included is absoutely cluch! Leslie was an excellent host, very professional and accomidating. I had a great stay and will be back if I am ever in S Beach again.

We have no complaints about this place, we were delighted and grateful with the staff, all of them super attentive and helpful. On the other hand, we loved the location since we could walk to the beach and in the process get to know the surroundings of Miami Beach and not to mention the very affordable prices. we hope to return soon.

When we arrived we were locked out due to not receiving a code to unlock the front door. There is no staff at the desk after the hours of 6pm so we were out of luck. The front gate was broken and did not lock. The lady at the front desk was amazing, very friendly and helpful. It was about a 25 minute walk from Miami Beach and lots of local food and shopping close by. However, we would not recommend staying here in the future.
