This b b was located directly off corso umberto with quick access to all that taormina offers. The breakfast was full and delicious. They do a turn down service daily so if theres something you dont want disturbed i suggest you put it in your luggage.

We loved the charming hotel: very nice room with a huge terrace, Rahid the manager was quite attentive, nice breakfast, garden with hot tub, 2 hammocks and an outdoor eating area was very nice. Reason for the overall 4 stars was there was a nightclub close by that plays very loud music till midnight every night. Hard time sleeping till they stopped.

Oasis in central Taormina

The hotel was like a small oasis in the busy Main Street of Corso Umberto. The room was lovely with a small outside seating area. It could be noisy as it is on the Main Street but this did not adversely impact my stay and proximity to bars and restaurants was worth it for me

Amazing Relais 147

Amazing stay at Relais 147! What a beautiful place in the perfect location right at the center of Taormina, yet a tranquil oasis all day around even when Corso Umberto was full of vibrant life morning, noon and night. Our host Rohid with family was fantastic in every way in terms of service, recommendations of great restaurants and above all, a very gentle, nice kind and interresting persona. A great stay all together and we recommend a stay at Relais 147 full heartedly! Johan & Veronica

We had the best stay! You can’t find a better location, and it’s surprisingly quiet tucked behind the main strip. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet was simple and satisfactory. Rohid went above and beyond many times for us in the 5 days we were there. With travel issues getting into the Catania airport, he was able to schedule a driver for us to the neighboring airports with short notice. They were also extremely accommodating for us as I required fridge storage for breast milk. I was able to text him questions throughout our stay and he suggested some great restaurants for us.

The parking is not that hard. You simply have to park 200 meters away in the city parking garage multi level and no hill. Instructions to that garage would be helpful, it’s 20-25E a day :)

Was surprised to be told that if we needed something, we should anticipate it and text the single staff in advance as he indicated that he wasn’t always on property. The shower was smaller than a now extinct phone booth. At check out was yold that I had to pay city tax of €15 in cash. Hot tub was luke warm, more of a bath than a jacuzzi experience.

Comfortable room with enough space for most activities. Service depended on who was working. The main guy was excellent and always willing to help. His colleague less so. The colleague told us if he couldn't clean the room at exactly a certain tiime, he wouldn't clean the room. As we were on an international call to Japan, the timiing didn't work with his schedule, so our room wasn't cleaned that day.
