Fabulous property in great location
We had a fabulous stay in this surprisingly spacious house. The location is perfect and the view from the glass balcony is just phenomenal. We saw a few amazing sunsets and sunrises. There were six adults in our party plus a toddler who used the travel cot provided. The house has 3 good sized bedrooms one of the doubles has an ensuite shower room and the main bathroom has an over-bath shower. There was plentiful hot water and the house was nice and cosy even in a cold and windy October. It’s nicely decorated with comfy furniture and tasteful artwork. It’s modern, clean and has most dishes and utensils that you’re likely to need. There were not many plates but we made do by washing them as needed, though there is also a dishwasher. The appliances were of a high quality as were the saucepans. There were a couple of chipped mugs, however, which wasn’t great. The beds were very comfortable. Location wise, it’s perfect as it’s a short walk to Anstruther harbour and there are one or two pubs close by if you need a refreshment. We had 3 cars in our party and we all managed to park very close to the entrance. I’d highly recommend this place and I’m sure we’ll be back.
