5 star staff
Not a 5 star hotel but has a 5 star staff. Room was clean and fresh. Pool was nice. Breakfast was standard. Outside of hotel looks unkept and a bit run down but didn’t bother me.

Great stay for the price
After staying at this hotel for many trips, I have to say the rooms are so clean and comfy. Lots of space for the price & location. The remodel of the entire hotel is A++

Do better...
Okay, We had to evacuate for hurricane milton. When I booked online , it said pet friendly. Governor.
Of florida Said if you're a vacuating Hotels won't charge pet fees. So I Booked the hotel with that In mind, Yet when we got there with my two little dogs They charged me twenty five dollars per dog Per day For a total of extrahundred and fifty dollars. Do not think that was very fair.Considering we were evacuating from a very dangerous situation. That and the fact that There was hardly any water pressure in the faucet. If you're going to say pet friendly and charge of fee , you should say what that fee is before people book your hotel.

We booked 5 rooms but all rooms were charged on 1 card although we individually provided credit cards for each room. We were also charged tax despite individually presenting tax exempt cards. We tried to coordinate with the property but they insists that this is a lapse on Expedia’s end despite the fact that:
1. The charge showing on the credit card is coming from the hotel, not expedia.
2. It is PAY AT PROPERTY and it was the receptionist who took the credit cards & tax exempt IDs. This the very reason why we chose a PAY AT PROPERTY hotel in the 1st place, so that necessary tax adjustments can be done at the hotel.
Although the manager sounded professional & nice, I believe he could have come up with a better solution than have us tell Expedia to give them a call. He could have done this himself. Both the manager and the receptionist lack training & accountability for what was clearly a mistake on the receptionist’s end.
