My room was beautiful, there was a lift so that made taking my bags up to my room a whole lot easier. I had to check in after hours and the staff made that easy and smooth. They also offered to hold my bags while I explored the town on the day of my check out. Overall a spectacular experience!

The room was clean and quite big. The location of the residence is excellent for visiting Verona as you can leave the car at the carpark and do everything by foot (also the Arena)! If you travel by car, you should book the carpark at the hotel as it is impossible to park close to the residence which is surrounded by one-way streets and resident parking. Breakfast is not offered, but you have plenty of cafes around offering pastries and coffee. Only downside: the balcony (belonging to the room) and also the roof top area are not well-equipped or decorated at all…
