Beautiful and super well located but small window in the bedroom, no wardrobes nor sleepers to go to the pool, plugs to charge the phone didn't work. Wonderfull pool with jacusi.

Fantastic location
It was great, people were helpful and friendly. Stayed here specifically for the hot tub & sauna but turns out the sauna wasn't co-ed and the hot tub had kids jumping off the side of it and a layer of film on top of the water so unfortunately neither of these options worked out but the location was amazing and the bed was comfortable. Even though the room was right beside the elevator, even as a light sleeper, I didn't hear much hallway noise at all.

Valet parking was very convenient. Check in was quick and easy. Both the room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was comfortable. The lighting in our room was excellent. I love a room with multiple bright lighting options. Check out was also quick and easy. Looking forward to our next visit to Ottawa and the Lord Elgin Hotel.
