The room is pretty basic. Which is fine. We normally stay at more budget type places anyways. However, we found the room not very clean and there were bugs.
The water pressure in sink is lacking, but for the shower- there was a lot of pressure that it splashed out to the floor (there is no door to shower). The bathroom door is transparent and didn't close so there wasn't much privacy.
The location is really great (mainly why we picked it). We also booked because on Hotels.com it says "breakfast included."
Upon arrival, we were told that breakfast was not included because it was not on their piece of paper (and we showed them the booking page and confirmation page saying breakfast included).
After discussing with 4 employees, the answer was: you (as the client) have to contact expedia and deal with the issue. We do not own our mistake.
Even though they admitted that they are the ones who put the information into expedia.
Eventually, several hours later, we received a text from another employee apologizing for the mistake and gave us 2 breakfast coupons (1 for each night). They said we can still use that day's coupon for the afternoon. Upon arriving back, the cook said no, she was not going to give us the meal (it is just toast and yogurt).
Would we stay here again? No.
