The hotel is in an excellent location, you can walk everywhere! Lovely, friendly staff who made us feel very welcome and special for a birthday weekend. We had a room with a kitchen which was handy and kitted out however missing cleaning things, cloth etc. Would recommend staying here!

We loved this hotel and will definitely be back! The pool was a highlight and so were the wonderful rooms! The air conditioning was a 10/10 as were the bathroom amenities. It is also so great that they have the city bikes just outside the hotel so it was super easy to see Toulouse that way!

Air conditioning did not work, I reported it and they did not fix it. The room was over 25 deg and we couldn’t sleep. The hotel is nice and the swimming pool area is good.

Reasonably priced tourist hotel with pleasant staff and clean, comfortable rooms. The claim of a swimming pool is a bit of a stretch - it’s about waist deep and only a few metres in length - doesn’t open till 10am so my plans of an early swim to start the day didn’t come to pass. Excellent thst they have free laundry facilities (including detergent pods) for guests.

Reception for check in was not welcoming No hotel amenities were explained or described at check in. Nothing about WiFi, terrace, etc we had to learn ourselves Room was lacking many basics. 1 shower gel/shampoo bottle and 1 hand wash, nothing else in room or bathroom. Room TV would not enable us to use any Netflix or other as described, only local cable. For the price we would recommend elsewhere.

We enjoyed a delightful 4-day stay at Hotel Mercure Toulouse Centre Saint-Georges. Its prime location made it easy to explore Toulouse by foot, with most landmarks and restaurants just minutes away. Don't miss the breakfast buffet; it's worth every bite! A special thanks for accommodating our early check-in request; it made a big difference in our trip. Our room was nice and decently sized for two people, although I do wish the shower was larger and less slippery. The only disappointment was the unheated pool; it would have significantly enhanced our experience. Nonetheless, we had a pleasant stay overall. Also, don't forget to try the charming Argentinian empanadas place right next door called 'El Almacen.' You will not regret it!

Location is good making it walkable to all the places in the city. Rooms are nice but quite small so no desk or chair. Bathroom could do with an update and just have a walk in shower. Staff were friendly. It says check in at 3pm, so we dropped our bags off and came back at 4.00pm and our rooms were still not ready. Took them another 40min! In general location is good but could do with updating/freshen up.

This is a property past due for serious TLC. Centrally located but not easy to access by car. No valet. Carry your own baggage. Public parking nearby as filthy and smelly as they come. Our welcome gift was a pair of dirty socks in the closet. Towels ragged and rough. Tough bed. Holes in blinds.
